Exercise We SuggestWe promote stretching, walking and swimming with 90% of the clients we see that have physical problems to overcome.

Tim and I are familiar with many yoga positions that promote stretching and mental concentration, plus athletic stretches to help improve muscle tenacity, after a therapeutic massage.

In some cases weight training may be suggested, or cardiovascular workouts.

Exercise done with some education about your body can only improve your metal and physical state.

I use magnets with clients who have chronic problems with muscle tension or inflamed tendons, like tennis elbow. We all have unique needs and so the relax magnet products are used accordingly.

Personally I sleep on a mattress pad with magnets and attach individual magnet pads to areas of my body that might need help to heal.

I am a definite believer in these products and feel they will be in everyone's medicine cabinet soon.
